    OUR CANCELLATION GUARANTEE AND ITS OWN FIELDS OF APPLICATION

    -What is the cancellation guarantee:
    The cancellation guarantee is a fixed price optional 4% the amount of the stay, payable at the time of booking. This guarantee gives you

    * The conditions and documents to be entitled to a refund:
    The cancellation guarantee includes reimbursement of stay costs (excluding administration fees and cancellation guarantee) Upon presentation of documents justifying the cancellation in the following cases:
    Serious bodily injury, serious illness, hospitalization or death of the insured (reservant), his or her spouse or persons designated in the rental contract.
    By serious illness, we mean a deterioration in health noted by a reputably competent medical authority. excluding pandemics, excluding Covid 19 or variants , prohibiting leaving the room and implying the cessation of any professional or other activity. By serious accident, we mean unintentional bodily harm on the part of the victim, coming from the sudden action of an external cause and preventing them from moving by their own means.

    Serious damage, not realized at the time of signing the contract, due to theft, fire or natural elements reaching the main or secondary residence of the reserver and requiring the presence of the latter on the day of
    departure. Impediment to taking possession of the rented premises following the redundancy of the reserving party or his

    -How to proceed for cancellation:
    For any request to cancel your stay, you must send us a letter in writing (registered letter with

    -What duration and condition of the cancellation guarantee on my arrival or not:
    Each booking is personal and non-transferable, the cancellation guarantee only applies to the contracting party and his/her companions designated on the booking form and only to the mobile home or pitch concerned. The cancellation guarantee ceases to have effect from the start of the rental and cannot intervene if one of the elements listed above occurs during the stay. All stays are due in full

    – From when I will be reimbursed:
    After checking the supporting documents and proper compliance with the procedure, a refund will be made within 1 month.
    If non-compliance with one of the conditions is not met, no refund will be made, the booker will be obliged to pay the balance of his stay whether he has made it or not. No reduction will be granted in the event of
    late arrival or early departure.
